Danger all around her; witnessed
Crows stealing eggs from her nest
Saw the culprits soaring
They knew they'd be scoring
Egg thieves; black birds; raiders!
Oh those opportunists; betrayers!
Those evil Ravens; damnedest!
Egg thieves! Easy prey; no contest!
