1 piece grated ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Place in blender for 30 seconds
Strain
Into fridge for 5 days
Take one tablespoon 2 times a day
Morning: on an empty stomach
Night:before last meal
