This powerful thing: God's gift
It encompasses all: is swift
It is like an arrow to the heart
It is of our lives: the greatest part
I do not lie: just look me in the eye!
Without love we dwindle and die!
Love is the greatest gift of all
It is greater than a thunder storm
Hear my heart beating out its love
Sent to us from heaven up above
Just as God loves us: sent His son
We must love one another: pass it on!
