Ingredients:
Juice of 3 lemons
1 garlic clove (minced)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups organic pineapple juice
1 tablespoon raw honey
Method:
Blend in a blender
or shake in a jar
Drink: 1/2 cup a day during the flu season
or 3 times a day if you feel you are starting to get sick
