Cayenne warming oil recipe to relieve muscle and joint pain
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons crushed mustard seeds
2 teaspoons grated ginger root
250 ml (8 fluid oz.) sunflower oil
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a glass jar
Leave to infuse for 1 week
Strain oil
Massage into affected area to treat muscle and joint pain
