1. Apple cider vinegar; acetic and malic acid
2. Garlic; allicin, ant-biotic, anti-viral
3. Ginger; aromatic root; Phenolic compounds
4. Horse radish root; Sulphur, vermifuge, heat
5. Onion; reduce inflammation, reduce infection
6. Habanero peppers; capsacin, relieve congestion
7. Turmeric; anti-inflammatory
Master Tonic recipe
(Wear gloves for the chilli)
Ingredients:
32 oz. bottle of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/4 cup onions
1 Habanero pepper (hottest available)
1/4 cup grated ginger
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
2 tablespoons turmeric or root chunks
Method:
Blend for a couple of minutes
Strain
Bottle

Steep ingredients in Apple cider vinegar
Leave in a dark place for 4 weeks
Strain
Leftovers; dried powder can be used as a cooking spice
Add to oil for salad dressing
