German class

At high school I took German class
Another language to in which to converse
But one lad always had to make it bad
He'd always upset our teacher
Every single day he'd do the same
Make Miss Lohe cry; get sent to the office
Get the cane for his bad behaviour!
The rest of us would miss out
We'd have to sit there and 
Twiddle our thumbs; waiting for our teacher
She never did come back to class
She'd be off in tears; poor thing!
Many of us were upset by his attitude
But what could we do?
I wish he could have just left her alone!
Maybe even left that class! 
That would have been better
Rather than letting him upset her!
