Angel healing

I was feeling so very sick
That illness had gotten me: the flu
I knew that I must get over it
And quickly: I'm telling you!
I could not afford to lie around
Knew my family was depending on me
My mum had her next appointment
At the hospital just the very next week
So I prayed to my Lord in heaven
Asked for healing to be undertaken
I did everything I possibly, humanly could
To aid the processes of nature: understood!
Made my garlic, onion, lemon and honey tea
Used compresses, poultices, vitamins too
Rested in my warm, comfortable bed
Tried to relax and heal myself instead
I felt my angel's hand upon my right arm
Felt my head and face grow very warm
I got the shivers and the shakes: repeatedly
Was hot and cold: yes: constantly!
After 24 hours were over and done
I felt so much better: it is true!
Though that cough had come along
Headaches, sore throat, sinus pain
I prayed for my Lord to make it pass anon
Now it was almost gone: thank you Lord
I prayed, asked, trusted, accepted, knew
That you would bless me, heal me
Help me get back on my feet: it's true
Thank you my dearest Lord in heaven above
For sending your dear angels to heal me
For granting my most urgent request
I know my dearest Lord I am truly blessed
For trusting you to send your aid
Thank you for sending aid at my behest...
