We wish you a COVID Christmas

We wish you a COVID Christmas

We wish you a COVID Christmas

And if we all survive this...

A happy New Year!

Wear your mask when out my darlings

Hide your face and stay away

Don't touch any unknown surface

If you sneeze, don't come my way...

Can't hug you close, nor kiss you

Can't travel across the seven seas

The chance of death looms larger

As indifference spreads this disease

Please take care my precious darlings

Please stay safe and wash your hands

Cleanliness IS next to Godliness

Play your part; survive; obey commands...

Martha my dear friend

 Dear Martha

You are a beautiful woman who has kept on giving

Until you had nothing left for yourself...

Now you need to give to yourself...

Believe in yourself! Take time for yourself!

You love getting your hands dirty in the garden...

Like in my dream last year...

When sad...

Immerse yourself in the earth that sustains you...

Take strength from nature...

Find your peace in nature!

God will bless you! As he has done for me!

20 November 2020

The swan, the eagle and the pelican

Swan was hiding amid the greenery

As we drove about admiring the scenery

Cygnets protected; kept safe from harm

As we enjoyed this swan mother's clan

The Eagle sat among the golden stubble

No one else would spot her in her bubble

Feeding easily; peacefully in her majesty

Her mate soaring high above her; gracefully

The pelican floated in cool waters

All alone; none within close quarters

Minutes before was soaring high above

Simply enjoying being alive...
