Ingredients:
250 g SR flour
250 g cornflour
250 g sugar
250 g butter
250 g ground almonds
4 large eggs
Method:
Cream butter and sugar (creaming method)
Add beaten eggs
Add flour and cornflour
And lastly the almonds
Place tea spoonfuls onto a cold greased tray
Bake at 400 degrees F
For 10 minutes
