Herb Loxton's garden

When I was still a little child
I went with my mum and dad
Where ever they were working
My big brother was at school
So I had to tag along with them!
I clearly remember a beautiful
Little lawn behind a lovely house
Along a road out back of Moorook!
While mum and dad picked oranges
I wandered down to that beautiful garden
I remember playing there on that
Manicured lawn covered
In tiny pink flowers; like little round balls
Just the right size for fairies!
Bees buzzed around as I played
Filling my ears with their serenade
What a delight for my young senses!
