Ingredients:
½ cup melted butter
4 beaten eggs
½ cup plain flour
2 cups milk
½ cup sugar
2/3 cup coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Method:
Place all ingredients into
the bowl and beat
Pour into a large pie plate
Bake @ 180 degrees C for
approx 50 minutes
(Flour settles to form the
base
Centre is egg custard
Coconut forms topping)
