One beautiful summer's day
We were fishing at Moorook
Those Red-fin were biting for sure
My dad and his mate were having a ball!
Those fish were just jumping
The numbers were climbing
We brought those shrimp gladly
As they were using them so quickly
Fish were everywhere in that tinnie
What a beautiful day we were having!
When we got home we counted
There were over one hundred
Sixty six more actually!
Wow what a blessing!
The next day we went back
To that exact same spot
We caught another ninety nine
We invited all our friends and relatives
Our old bath tub was full
Everyone came and skinned their own
To take home to cook and to freeze them!
