Shelley loves animals

Minnie was my mum's 
Long haired Chihuahua
She was a gorgeous little pup
My daughter Shelley was two 
When she tried to pick Minnie up
Grabbed her by the neck 
Grabbed her by the legs
Poor Minnie was very upset
Ran away from little Shelley
Didn't want to be carried around!
It took many long years before
Minnie was comfortable
In Shelley's loving arms
Then she was happy to be cuddled 
Happy to be carried and loved!
Shelley always loved animals
