Zucchini Lasagne

A gift from friends
2 Large zucchinis
1 large squash
Hmmm...
Must make lasagne!
Can't buy them any more
Used to get them from the store
Frozen vegetarian lasagne!
Now I must make my own
From memory I decided!
Made the tomato based sauce
Onions, garlic, vegeta too
Got some Leggo's pasta sauce
Added some more of course
Sweet chilli in the fridge
That'll give it a nice edge!
Pre-cooked lasagne sheets
Made some white sauce
Mmm... yummy 
With mozzarella cheese!
Cooked up all those zucchini chips
The squash was cooked too!
Then layered it all in my dishes
2 huge baking dishes full!
Baked one for 20 minutes
Yummy vegetarian lasagne!
Mmmmmmmmmmmmm...
