Met a gorgeous bearded dragon today
He let me get within about 2 feet
Allowed me to take all these photos
I asked him nicely as I walked around
Speaking quietly; complimenting him
Calling him a "sweetie", a "darling"
Thanking him for the privilege
Of meeting him and being in his company
On such a beautiful spring afternoon
