Skeleton in the closet

He has always been afraid of skeletons
Always had them chasing him in dreams
Told me of his worst nightmares: skeletons
Trying to kill him: trying to get him
Yes skeletons every where: scaring him!
That explains a great deal you see
Well just between you and me: it is thus
Skeletons were always hiding in the closet
Hiding underneath the bed: in his head
They were lying in wait: ready to jump out
Ready to scare the crap out of him
Ready to make him run and shout!
Even at school they were waiting
Yes they were hiding in the loo
Waiting to get him in there too!
So he would rather pee outside
Yes anywhere at all: because they were
Always waiting to get him: to eat him
And he was just too little to fight back
Too little to win the battle: too little to fight
So he had to escape their clutches
Had to evade those clutching fingers
Yes even today: memories
Of those awful nightmares still linger!
