Just heard neighbours arguing
So much for "peace on earth"
Everyone is rushing around
Trying to celebrate with mirth
I know there's something missing
Something that could change many lives
Ah Lord they know not peace nor joy
They have forgotten the real reason
Why you gave your precious boy...
So many people full of hate
So many just haven't got a clue
The real reason for this celebration
Has been long lost; I'm telling you!
Its now all about the money
It's all about the food
It's not about loving kindness
Not about dear Lord Jesus
Not about His precious blood...
