Took a lovely long walk
It was so fantastic
To check my progress
To see how far I've come
I really must confess
There's more I need done
I need to raise my fitness
I need to find the real me
Laying dormant somewhere
Hidden inside I have a dream
Taking back this life of mine
Is what I want to do
Yes I've started working
Swimming was my thing
But summer is over and
Walking out in nature
Is fulfilling me...
