Happy is the heart that is free from sin
Please don't ever let Satan enter in
He is ready to steal away your joy
He uses every evil thing to destroy
You peace, your love, your stability
Simply because he hates to see you
Living the good lives that God desires
He is evil incarnate, vile betrayer, demon too
Knows your name but calls you by your sin
There is nothing too small that he will not do
While Jesus knows your sin, yet calls you
By your name: you know from whence He came
From heaven up above Jesus came in love
To take our place: to save the human race
Simply because He knew; it was something
We as simple men could never do...
