Without water you will die

Next to oxygen, water 
Is the most important requirement
For sustaining human life
When your body runs short of water
All chemical changes start to slow down
Your body becomes sluggish and tired
You think less clearly...
You become less productive...
You get confused...
Your blood becomes thicker...
Harder to pump around
Especially through the brain
You skin becomes dry and inelastic
You get sunken eyes...
Increased fat deposits...
Reduced muscle tone...
Cramps...
They recommend 7-8 glasses a day
But when exercising outdoors
Playing sport...
Or working in an air conditioned office
Your body needs more water!
During stressful times 
Your brain can use up to 200% more water
Coke, milk and fruit juice are NOT water
