When I kneel down to pray
When I submit all onto my Lord
I know He understands: I say
He hears my quiet words
Even through my many tears
He understands my fears
Knows just exactly what I need
When I humble myself and kneel
It is as if He is right there
Beside me all the way
Angels come near to comfort me
I feel their loving touch
I know that they are here with me
