You showed so many
How to live and led the way
You were so courageous
Nothing was too hard!
What a blessing to have
Known someone
As strong as you!
So beautiful
So full of life
Carrying your little babe
Across that mountain range
Living in that difficult time
Never surrendering
To that frozen clime!
The dear Lord blessed
Lewis and Clark
Kept them safe
Through out that dark
Long winter's journey
Finding food
Carrying wood
Showing men how to survive
Showing men how it was done!
