I watched the seaweed dancing
A school of tiny fish swim away
A huge crab scrambles from me
To it I am a monster from which to flee
I am just enjoying watching everything
I am not a threat; just a curious snorkeller
Yet I am hunting for fish; for anything that moves
My eyes dart to and fro
Trying to see everything at once!
A tiny shining abalone shell; abandonded
A squid drag; like a huge green tiger prawn
My brain soaks it all in!
The sea grasses moving at the current's whim
The colours; the contrasts; the creamy sand
The light shining in like laser beams on display
My Lord is shining the way
Showing me the ocean at play!
