Zac is two & a half: so cute & full of fun
That little brain of his: is never still
He's like a little jumping bean!
Yesterday he tricked his Nana
Oh yes he did: that rascally kid!
Had me sitting down on the front steps
Moved a little further down: his plan
Get Nana settled on that step
"Sit here Nana, next to me!"
He said as he patted the step
Then as I sat down next to him
Starting to relax & enjoy the scenery
He was up & running down that city street
Little legs pumping: making no noise
As fast as those sock-clad feet could go
I had to run to catch that little rascal
Picked him up & took him inside
Part & parcel: he was not so happy then
Nana had foiled his plans: escape artist captured!
