Huge great big posts held up massive layers
They went for 50 metres (maybe more)
This was how we dried the grapes!
First the buckets were filled with fresh juicy grapes
Then they were loaded up onto the trailer
Behind the tractor; pulling the heavy load
The buckets full of beautiful golden grapes
Were dipped into a special drying solution
Before being spread onto this giant rack
Bucket by bucket; men toiled
Day after day they filled the buckets
Day after day they loaded the racks
Until all the grapes were picked
Until all the grapes were dried
