At Five

At five: my grandson
Santiago is just too smart!
He loves going to school!
He is having such a great time
Learning everything!
He's reading now: his little books
He brings them home to read to mum
He seems a bit cranky I know
But he's just getting used
To being such a big boy!
He's a big brother to little Zac
He's always offering to help
Him do his stuff! 
Sometimes: I must admit
He gets a bit rough!
He is trying to be such a good boy
He even tidied up all the toys
Made sure to get it done
Before I got back from the shop!
We are making a Darth Vader costume
He's got a long black cape
A helmet on the make
His mum is so talented!
Next we need some black
Clothing to fit him out
Then he can stride along
Singing that Star Wars tune
Little Zac sings along!
