I had it up as loud as could be
Don't know why it had to be like that?
I guess I just wanted the whole world

I just wanted to tell the universe
Of my longings: of my desperation
To find someone who would love me!
Isn't that the most basic desire?
To find someone who will love you
Someone who will accept you
As you are!
Somewhat less than perfect
Just a lonely heart
Desperate to fulfil her dreams
