Santiago is a big boy now
He can cut with scissors
He cuts anything he can find
He sure knows his business!
He cuts out paper shapes
He cuts out paper pictures
But now I'm noticing other things
That have been cut through
By his little cutting fingers!
Zecarias' jacket has some holes
We thought to blame the moths
Maybe even silverfish or weevils
But now we've seen the light!
We found it is the lesser of two evils
It's amazing how smooth they are
I am amazed by these little shapes
They sure look like
Cuts from little scissors!
