I love the way Guinevere
Is so real; so effortlessly
Beautiful, calm, understanding!
She doesn't see
Her own beauty
She doesn't see
Her own compassion
She is so special
So generous: unknowing
It is because
She doesn't think
Much of herself
That she is
Queen of Camelot
Unable to bear children
Yet she is all
Arthur requires
An understanding
Beautiful woman
Ready to love and care
For her husband and King
