There are never enough hours in the day
Never enough time to go out and play
Working to earn a living: living our lives
Always striving for new beginnings
Yet time escapes: we are lost along the way
So we use daylight savings: get up earlier
Everybody joins in this great fun: everyone
Must rise an hour earlier: must begin each day
So that there seem to be more hours of daylight
More time to do more things each and every day
