No more than we can bear

He promises to keep us safe
As He looks down upon our lives
He promises to love us
No matter our disgrace
He promises to give us
No more that we can bear
Though I know sometimes
It really doesn't seem fair
But when it gets harder
My prayers are there
I have asked for Him to 
Take away my pain but
Sometimes I just ask
Him to level up that playing field
So that I am just able to cope
These prayers are my answer
