If you are overweight: have high blood pressure
Have high cholesterol: if you are a smoker or are of aboriginal
Or Torres Islander descent: please see your doctor!
A simple blood test along with a simple urine test
Will allow your doctor to see if you are more likely to suffer
From this insidious sneaky disease that is usually not detected
Until it is usually too late to do much about it!
