I travelled down to the city of Adelaide
For my daughter's 28th birthday
I was 28 when I had her
My first precious girl
Now 28 years have passed
My daughter has grown up
She carries her own little girl
Nestled close; underneath her heart!
We baked a chocolate cake
We made chocolate muffins too!
Santiago helped his mum
He's a little chef too!
Zecarias helped to lick the spoon
They fought for that last bit of icing
They love their chocolate too!
Billie came with flowers
There were hugs all round
As we blessed the day
That God gave me my daughter
28 years ago!
