So many unspeakable things
I just cannot begin
To even understand
How is it possible?
That these human beings
Can hurt others: torture, maim & kill
I cannot bear to see
How other people: humans
Just like me
Can be so full of anger
So full of hate
Dear Lord: how?
Could you possibly love us still?
