He is the bread winner

Always he must surrender
His life is put on the line

A woman must bear children
Take care of them all
Feed them, clothe them
Cook, clean; take control

She is the cook in the kitchen
The maid in the lounge room
Where ever she is: working
She carries apron and broom

Cares for the children
24/7: day in: day out...
No time for herself
Never is this in doubt

We are put under pressure
We are declared domesticated
We care for our precious families
