Though my
tears are like rain drops
In the ocean
wide
Though my
tears are like a spattering
In a massive
waterfall
All these
drops: when brought together
Become a
torrent: a massive watercourse
So gather
your tears together
Carry them
into the light
For like
God’s precious rainbow
They will
rise up into the heavens
And return
again in new light
Just like His
precious words
Just like His
infinite love
These tears
we cry like rivers
Will spread
His words throughout
Darkness will
be conquered
That darkness
through the night!
Know that our
Lord is coming
Spread the
joyful word
Touch
another’s heart and soul
Show them the
heights you aim for
The blessed
second coming of our Lord
The mighty
Michael returns anon
Though we
know not His timing
Though we
know not when
He comes: all
eyes shall see Him!
In
magnificence: in glory
All eyes will
turn to Him
He comes
among the angels
Among that
heavenly host
Those
brilliant covering angels
All glory to
our Lord
Come dear
Lord: dear Jesus
Come quickly Lord
we pray
Please return
and be our Saviour
Before
another tear we cry!
