Be still my soul

There is a hymn on my mind
It constantly remains with me
I sing it al the time...
"Be still  my soul
The Lord is on thy side
Bear patiently the cross
Of grief or pain
Leave to thy God
To order and provide
In every change 
He faithful will remain..."
The tune is so beautiful
So peaceful and so calm
I find myself humming 
The melody all the time
Even when the words 
Escape my mind...
"Be still my soul
The Lord is on thy side"
What more could anyone desire?
The thought that almighty God
The ruler of the universe...
Is with me and it is He
Who has the power
To order and provide
I am truly blessed 
To have Him on my side
