Watching a drop of water as it forms and it's final splash
Seeing its movement downwards, hearing the little plop
The bucket is golden yellow, the sun is shining down
I see the ripples forming; see them go round and round
How deep does a ripple go? How wide the circle ebbs?
How beautiful to watch it grow! To see perfection in a drop!
I see the golden circles; I see the golden forms
As ripples move in water like the epicentre of His love
So, how deep does Jesus' love go for us?
Is it like unto this drop? Is it the same all the way through?
Can we really see its depth? Can we really prove its strength?
It flows from His epicentre! from Jesus' very heart!
It is perfection in its wide and graceful showering!
It is Jesus' blood He shed for us!
It is perfection in a drop!
