Glorious hot red sunset
Shadows elongated; darkening
Driving away from her light
Towards the East
A kaleidoscope of colours
Following; chasing me
Glorious reds; orange hues
Between the darkening greens
Shadowed eucalypt trees
Bushes emerging from their beds
Beneath the azure blues
So many amazing hues
Stars silently awakening above my head
Clouds pinkening as I sped
Along the winding roads
Home: to my family!
