Standing awkwardly
Pigeon toed
She turned around and I saw...
She looked younger from behind
That body language
I recognised...
Loudly declaring
"I'm not comfortable...
In this strapless dress..."

I recalled a time when I was 
Bullied into wearing something less
Than I was comfortable in
Simply because it was his whim
So I removed my petticoat
Went in feeling so embarrassed
I knew that dress was so "see-through"
And that there was absolutely nothing 
That I could do...
To cover up my shame
