Dazzleland

Remember when the Myer Centre was new
It was so beautiful it's true...
Huge building on North Terrace in Adelaide
At the very top there was a huge playground...
It was called Dazzleland...a massive show ground...
There were helicopter rides and aeroplanes too
A roller coaster and a train way up in the skies...
The ball park full of climbing nets and of course
Hundreds and hundreds of coloured plastic balls
Everything you could imagine for children
To amuse them for hours at a time...
Ah we spent so many hours there 
With Nana Evelyn and the girls when they were young
Michael was a little baby at first...in the stroller
Simply looking around at it all...
Until he was brave enough to check it all out...
Then he became an explorer too...
