Cornflake Crunchies

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon honey
3 oz butter
2 oz sugar
4 cups cornflakes

Method:
Heat butter sugar and honey in a saucepan until frothy
Remove from heat
Add cornflakes stirring until thoroughly mixed
Place in Patty cases

Bake:
Bake in moderately slow oven for 10 to 15 minutes
