Hepatitis A

While at Uni in Adelaide
Living in Marion street in Unley
I bought some beautiful cherries
From a street vendor!
I never thought to wash them
Never thinking I needed to
Just ate them as
I walked home after Uni!
My illness was awful! 
Felt so exhausted
Found out I had hepatitis A!
A? You might say!
That was the title back then!
In today's day and age
Diseases have progressed
Further onwards: I must say!
For now there are Hep B and Hep C!
I am lucky I guess
'Cause I got better not worse
As in today's unhealthy climate
There is no cure for that awful disease
That's still called hepatitis!
