Lemon pie

The taste: tangy lemon
The scent: lemon zest
The essence: lemon juice
The pastry; buttery sweet
Yummy lemon pie!

Ingredients: 
1 can of condensed milk
2 egg yolks
I dessert spoon lemon zest (rind)
1/2 cup lemon juice
Method: 
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Pour into blender: blend well
Tip into a cold cooked pastry case
Set in fridge!
To serve:
Sprinkle icing sugar on top!
To eat: enjoy!
