Gluten Duck



Ingredients:

1 ¼ cups soya milk
2 eggs
½ teaspoon herbs
½ cup crushed walnuts
½ cup gluten flour
½ cup oats
1 teaspoon marmite
3 heaped tablespoons bread crumbs
1 finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil

Method:

Beat eggs and soya milk with the oats.
Rest for 20 minutes to allow oats to soften.
Add rest of ingredients and form into patties.
Fry in olive oil until browned.
May be served with salad or vegetables.

Can even make a mushroom gravy to serve with them.
