Mock fish

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes: grated
1 large onion: grated
250 g Cheese: grated
2 eggs
Vegeta to season

Method:
Mix all together
Place in a pasta strainer
Allow juices to drip out

Cook:
Shallow fry tablespoons full in olive oil until browned
(like patties)
Serve with salad
