We have a new little baby in our family
Tomorrow she will be 7 weeks of age
But today my world has crumbled around my feet
As my mum has been diagnosed with Leukaemia
Was it only just a few weeks ago: we were celebrating
A new birth: a new life: a new generation of love
Now I don't know how to feel: what to think?
I remember many years ago when we lost our precious Kaiser
We were so sad that he was gone: upset at his loss
Then within a couple of weeks I knew I was pregnant
Our daughter Shelley was on the way: a little sister for Vanessa
It seems similar today: we have Evaleah our precious girl
But I don't want to lose my mum! I want her to stay!
