The birth of my second grandson
At 5:28 pm in Adelaide
On Friday 18th February 2011
Was touch and go for a while!
Bad reaction; anaesthetic had her blind
Why it happened? The doctors could not find!
After many hours of fervent prayers
Her sight returned; though fuzzy at first
The dear Lord answered all our prayers
All was well; faith rewarded;
Mum and baby doing well!
It’s been nearly two years since that time
He’s growing stronger by the day
Loves to sing and laugh and play
Toy
Story is his favourite show
He cries out for Buzz
and Woody
Don’t you know!
He gets scared; shivers when Rex roars
He’d watch it over and over if he could
Every time he sees it; it’s just as good!
