I didn't realise we talked like that
Way back in the 1980's...
Never knew we could be so wise...
We had a "heart to heart" talk you say
On a Wednesday night
Talked and made sense together
Way into the early hours...
"We seemed to be different people
Just for a little while...quite strange"
Ah Lord if only I could "Time travel"
Maybe listen in on that conversation
Maybe then I could go back and see
Just how much sense we'd made...
